    Full Stack Software Engineer

    Contract-to-Hire · SF Bay Area Preferred · Hybrid

    If you are looking to join the right early stage startup, one with real traction, a clear revenue model, and more customer demand than we can handle, this is it. This role is a contract-to-hire position with a high potential for equity if it's the right fit.

    Aesthetronics Inc. created Adalace with a mission to reimagine business management software. We are designing it from the ground up with native agentic AI to solve the biggest operational problems facing health, wellness, and medical businesses. Growth has been exponential. With one day of marketing at a trade show, we gained more than a dozen waitlisted customers.

    Job Description:

    • You will be building on our existing full-stack codebase doing both UI / UX implementations as well as backend development. The frontend is built on React-Admin.
    • Backend development will include integrating an external payment processor, as well as touching on various other 3rd party integrations: social media APIs, text notifications, multi-factor authentication, and Electronic Health Record (EHR) APIs and SDKs.
    • Work alongside our machine learning engineer and our other full-stack engineer to assist with agentic tool-calling and new tenant onboardings (DB migrations, configuring permission sets, etc.) as needed.

    Technical Requirements:

    • Highly proficient with the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node)
    • 3+ years with TypeScript
    • 5+ years in any other languages (must include both static and dynamic)
    • Docker container, image, and compose configuration experience
    • Familiarity with various services in AWS
    • AWS EC2 or other production deployment experience
    • Experience with both SQL and noSQL DBs (DB migration experience is a plus!)

    • A post-grad machine learning engineer with a background in artificial intelligence, statistics and economics. Previous work in cybersecurity and supercomputing at a national laboratory.
    • A part-time full-stack engineer with 10+ years of experience, previously with the Amazon Alexa integrations team.
    • A former AWS Director of Networks and Director of Software Engineering at multiple Fortune 500 companies with 30 years of experience building enterprise applications.
    • We are supported by a board of advisors with over $10 billion dollars in health and wellness operations expertise, acquisitions experience, and IPO leadership.

    Software Engineering Intern

    Internship · SF Bay Area Preferred · Hybrid
